Clamped left flap and aileron together with 1/4 inch spacer. Centered both surfaces with wing, marked centerline of wing ribs 1,2,4,5,7,9 onto front spars. Centered and clamped hinges and bell crank on flap with markings. Secured with hose clamps. Set position of hinge points with measurements from trailing edge. Located flap to wing to confirm alignment. Transfer drilled #30 holes from brackets to spar. Removed hose clamps to access other holes to transfer. Cleco in place and drilled remaining holes. Mixed up epoxy, solvent cleaned surfaces, applied epoxy and riveted flap hinges and bell crank in place.
